When your order is placed you will receive an email. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the processing of your order. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been placed. If you feel you need to return your item(s) for any reason, you may immediately begin the return process for exchange or store credit only once you have received your item(s). Please note refunds are not available under no circumstances. Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order to avoid any delays with delivery. In the event you need to update your address, please contact customer service by creating an inquiry on our Contact Us page immediately after placing the order with your name, order number, phone number, and email address and the reason for your concern.

We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping services. Once your order is received, an email confirmation is sent and a shipping label is created with a tracking number. For Standard Shipping, please allow 3 to 7 days to receive your order. For Expedited Shipping, we can overnight or 2-Day ship your item(s). Please allow 7-10 calendar days for holidays, promotions, or during peak swimwear season for standard shipping. We use USPS to ship your items. Once in their care, we have no control over delivery. Please track your package using the tracking details from your shipment notification email. LUXESWIM, or any part thereof, is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or misdirected packages due to an incorrect address.

There are NO refunds under any circumstances. Due to the sensitive nature of the garment, for sanitary reasons, we will gladly accept your item(s) for exchange only or (a single) store credit within 14 calendar days of receipt on clean, unworn, and unwashed items with the original hygienic liner and labels/tag(s) still attached. Must have original proof of purchase included in the return package. Purchaser pays for return postage. There are no refunds on shipping fees. If the desired size or color is out of stock at the time of receipt of your returned item, a store credit will be made available at that time. Final sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Hats and cover-ups will be a final sale.
Exchange Instructions:
To begin an exchange for your returned item(s), please use our Returns Portal. Please have your order number and provide the email address used for your order. You will have the option to select if you are returning for a store credit or an exchange. Purchaser pays for the return postage and exchange postage.
