We ship Monday through Friday, however, please allow up to 5 business days to process your order, and up to 7 business days for shipping to be received at your doorstep. If you still have not received your package after this allowed time, please check your tracking status. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages due to an address error.

You will receive an email from returns@luxeswimswimwear.com that your package has been received and is now being inspected. Once the inspection is complete, usually the same day or the next day, you will receive details on your store credit and/or if you’d like to exchange the item(s). Further details will be provided in the email notification.
